Business came to a halt at Levy Mwanawasa General Hospital when an ambulance with a young man crying more than the siren arrived. It is said that the 24 year old young man had put a size 21 bolt as a ring on a penis to give him sensation as he was masterbating in his bedroom. At press time around 15:40 hours, Mwebantu media managed to interview Doctor Maison Chomba at Levy Mwanawas hospital who indicated that the bolt cannot be removed without a surgical process. He said the possibility was that the young man rolled the bolt to the root of his penis whilst it was flacid and that the dilation of muscles happened after sexually toying the penis.....
